4.0 Agreement

The initial term of this agreement will be for a period of 12 months from the contract start date. You agree by signing this form that following the expiry of the initial term, this agreement shall continue for further terms of the same period as the Initial Term until terminated in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

By signing this form, you are forming a binding agreement with VDA enterprises Pty Limited ACN 161 947 306 trading as Velocity Documents Australia. You acknowledge that the terms stipulated in this form and in the Terms and Conditions contained on our web site (www.vda. com.au) form part of this Agreement and are legally binding upon you. No amendment to this form or the standard terms and conditions will be binding upon Velocity Documents Australia unless accepted in writing by an authorised signatory of Velocity Documents Australia. We reserve the right to amend the terms of the Agreement at any time. If signing on behalf of a company, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that company to this Agreement.
